Kingsley Chidiebere Okere​

Managing Director/CEO​

Kingsley Chidiebere Okere had his first university degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ife where he studied Management and Accounting. Thereafter, he secured an MBA with a bias in marketing from the famous University of Lagos and afterward, an MSc award in Management from the same University. He is an alumnus of Business School Netherlands where he undertook an advance action learning course in Business Development and Strategy. His affinity with Lagos Business School (LBS) was further enhanced when he  completed a program on Managing Legal Risk in Employment Separation.

He started his career as a marketing executive with Express Payday Ltd, a micro finance outfit and thereafter he moved to Dove Media and held the position of Assistant Business Development Manager. His knowledge of integrated marketing communications was enhanced in Martlink Advertising where he served as Business Development, Research and Strategy Manager. He oversaw and was particularly involved in sales & marketing, client servicing, business development, strategy, research and branding. He left an indelible record in Servetek Engineering Nigeria Ltd where as head of Business Development and Marketing Communication, he single-handedly secured a 10km road construction project worth N826million from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Works, Niger State. 

He was elected by an executive board to hold the position of Managing Director/CEO of Caronik Security Solutions Ltd and later held the position as Non-Executive Director. He was thereafter offered the position of Managing Director/CEO of Septagus Consulting Nigeria Ltd, a frontline training and outsourcing enterprise involved in the business of outsourcing, human resource management, recruitment, and training and development. He is at present the Managing Director/CEO of Kemslis Pragmatic Ltd, a human resource company involved in Outsourcing, Training, HR Management and Recruitment. 

He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM). As a sound trainer, He holds Associate Membership with Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (ANITAD). He is also a Fellow with the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (FAOPN). He is an Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) as well as the Certified Institute of Cost Management Nigeria.

He is a well experienced business management and human resource professional with profound training skills and experience.

Otinu Ada Gbarada

Head, HR Recruitment & Outsourcing

Otinu Ada Gbarada is an experienced human resources professional, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and brings on board over 15 years work experience in accounting and human resources management. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management in Lyon, France and is an associate member of the Institute for Professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC).  She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a PGD in Manpower Economics and Planning.

She also has an Executive Master’s Certificate in Project Management (PMI) from the prestigious Project Management College, UK. She is a certified life Coach with an NCFE Certification from the United Kingdom. 

 She’s experienced in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of performance management systems. She’s passionate about continuous organisational learning and change management. She currently overseas human resources consulting projects, recruitment, learning and development and performance management projects.

All her learning events are built around practical exercises, role play and case studies. Her training style focuses on equipping participants to explore new ideas and develop new skills that meet workplace challenges and deliver superior results.

Winifred Hoki​

Head, Training & Development

Winifred Hoki has a Diploma in Law and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management both from the Lagos State University Ojo. She has also attended several leadership, customer service and management trainings in Nigeria and overseas. She is a distinguished facilitator with a good knowledge of administrative, sales, customer service and leadership skills.

Winifred started her career as a supervisor in the aviation industry with Harka Airlines in 1998 and moved to the financial sector in 2001. She spent nine years in the banking industry working in various capacities first with Platinum Bank and later BankPHB. She worked in transaction banking and was later moved to customer services as a result of her passion for customers. While at the front desk, she distinguished herself in excellent customer service, customer retention and increase in the customer base of the bank. 

Winifred left the banking sector in 2010 to put into practise her wealth of knowledge and experience as a consultant. She has facilitated several leadership, customer service, sales, entrepreneurship and management training programmes. 

Winifred is a member of the International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW). BPW is an NGO that has consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social council (ECOSOC) and participatory status with the Council of Europe. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development. (NITAD). 

Dare Bamisile​​

Financial Manager

Mr. Bamisile Oludare Alaba is the Financial Manager of Kemslis Pragmatic Limited. He joined the management team of Kemslis pragmatic Limited, having spent over 9 years in Ijewere & Co (Chartered Accountant)a leading audit firm in Nigeria. He also worked with Ernst & Young between 2001 and 2002. He is a chartered accountant of many years standing and is known for his outstanding mastery in financial management, accounting and tax management .​ ​
